Hi  I'm  Leon

I study Biology with a focus in Biomedicine.

One thing I’ve noticed during my studies is how closed-off and inaccessible science can feel. Papers are hidden behind paywalls, written in overly complicated language, and often disconnected from the world outside the lab. For me, science should be the opposite: open, clear, and connected to real life.

My goal is to translate scientific research into understandable language, without dumbing it down, and to show how discoveries in biology and medicine actually affect us, from healthcare systems and insurance models to everyday choices we make.

I believe that Science isn’t meant to gather dust in journals. Research is most valuable when it inspires curiosity, informs decision-making, and guides change.

So if you’ve ever opened a scientific paper and thought, “What does this even mean, and why should I care?”— you’re in the right place.
